This twilight session will use the NCETM’s ‘Five Big Ideas to Develop Mastery’ to develop teachers’ understanding of the progression in division from Reception to year 6. Teachers will explore effective use of key models and images as well as key questions and structures to support pupils to develop arithmetic proficiency.
