Develop outstanding leadership of SEND through a specialised programme of training, challenge and hands-on application. Fully understand and meet the challenges of leading on SEND in school. Be able to conduct a rigorous SEND Review. Develop an evidence-informed approach to SEND improvement planning. Work with staff and parents to ensure inclusive high-quality teaching and successful SEND support. Reflect on the challenges of the OFSTED framework content.
